Our Governing Board

At the apex of the hierarchy of leadership of the school is the Board of Directors. The Board is the highest decision making body. Right from the beginning, the Board has provided leadership, guidance and direction to the school, as it journeys steadily to the realization of its vision.

Kwadwo Asare-Bediako

A retired human resource management and organization development consultant, is the Chairman of the Board and Managing Director. Mr Asare-Bediako graduated from the University of Ghana, Legon, with a degree in industrial psychology. 

Abraham K. Boateng

A chartered accountant, Mr Boateng holds an MBA in finance from the University of Ghana.  He is currently the Managing Director of SIC Financial Services Limited in Accra.

Doris Asare-Bediako (Mrs)

An educationist, Mrs Asare-Bediako attended St Louis Secondary school , Kumasi, and Holy Child Teacher Training college, Takoradi.

Grace Boateng (Mrs)

Mrs Boateng attended Krobo Girls Secondary School, Somanya, and is currently a business woman in Accra.

John Ashley

A chartered accountant, he graduated from the University of Ghana, Legon with a degree in business administration. Until he relocated recently to Nestle World headquarters in Switzerland, he was the Chief Finance Officer, Nestle Cote D’voire in Abidjan.

Nana Yaa Ashley(Mrs)

Serves on the Board as member secretary.  A chartered accountant, she graduated from the University of Ghana, Legon, with an MBA in project management. Until recently, she worked for PriceWaterhouse Coopers in Accra as Assurance Manager.

Yaw Asare-Bediako

A computer programmer, he had his sixth form education at Labone Secondary school in Accra. He studied computer science at West Africa Computer Science Institute and IPMC, all in Accra.
